    I saw a guy on GlockTalk selling one for $700, he said that from what he researched it was not illegal to own but it was illegal to put on your Glock... He made it sound like he would ship same day, is there no paper work that you have to do for this? I thought it was a little fishy that someone who owned one of these didnt even know if it was legal or not to have...

    Even if you don't own a gun it can fit on, it's trouble. The definition of "machinegun" in the NFA (26 U.S.C. sec. 5845(b)) includes a part or parts used to convert a gun into a machine gun.

    Also, those ads are just scams IMHO. It's a way to make the seller a quick $700 bux. nothing more.
