Corner can tell (usually) from angles and damage the order of hits - especially if they go down and continue to advance

Just because the angles changed, that doesn't mean that the threat went away.

People usually start moving in all directions when the bullets start flying. You can go down and still have the ability to be a threat.

I've been told that once your brain is level with your heart you can 'wake back up' because your blood pressure rises enough and like that video shows the suspect get up after he was on the ground for a few seconds even though he was punctured a few dozen times.
