Fishing in Shades State Park

I'm going camping with some friends in Shades State Park and figured I might try to do some fishing while I'm there. Anyone been there this year and have some recommendations on gear, particularly bait/lures?

I’ve had my best luck catching goggle eyes and smallies in Sugar Creek using Teenie Craws, small floating Rapalas and twist tail grubs on high heads.

I have had a blast wading Sugar Creek with my ultra light spinning combo catching smallies and rock bass as well. I just use small jigs and also beetle spins when the water is cloudy (like today) from the rain we have had the past few days. Have fun!
