So I have several firearms, with magazines, assorted small parts, parts from those handguards I replaced, assorted bipods and grips, threaded barrel adapters and nuts, manuals, holsters, slings, sling adapters, etc.

I have not yet come up with an effective means of organizing all this stuff. Some will group by firearm, and I suppose I need a container for each firearm's (or class of firearm's) parts and mags. Then maybe some organization by category for accessories and their associated parts and manuals.

This stuff will not all fit in my safe. I was wondering what you folks do to organize this stuff so that you can access what you need, when you need it.

Put this thread in SHTF because, to me, this falls under prepping for worst case scenarios, when you need to find that specialized item or part or extra mags quickly.

    Your thoughts are appreciated!

I did the bin thing, until one of my cats knocked them over and batted the parts all over the floor for me to find. That changed my storage method.
