I wonder if this played a part; DC Police Were Set to Arrest NBC's David Gregory for High Cap Mag Possession - The Truth About Guns

He looks pretty cosy with the wife of the D.C. Attorney General

its all about who you know.....or what political party you are part of. The left will always be able to break the rules because the ones in power wont stop them. If you are on the right, you cant even defend the murder of babies or you are trashed and treated as an animal.

I'm a nice guy and have no criminal intent. That said, I have no interest in being the test case but I'd think this will set a precedent which could be used to defend a person charged with the same crime?

Maybe they just nutted themselves.

Obama does the same thing every day, which law to enforce, and which ones he doesn't. The problem isn't the lack of enforcement , it's a lack of the people having the will power to make them enforce the law. They re-elect the same politicians over and over again. District Attorney, Mayor , you name it.
