I've convinced my wife to go shooting with me. She said that she would take a basic class from a professional (as I am not the best teacher) Which she is taking on Weds from Coach.
I recently Joined MCFG which is very close to my house. To my surprise I was going there to shoot last Friday she said she wanted to go with me she said she did not want the first time she ever shot a firearm, was in the class and that she wanted to at least know what it felt like before it surprising her in the class. She only wanted to shoot about 10 rounds to "prepare" herself. Spent about an hour there and she went through all 50 9mm rounds I brought and 4-5 of 40 S&W through both of my M&P Shields
After we got home she said she had fun but it is not something she would do for fun however she did say I needed to work on my target setup. I was so excited to take her I grabbed an old box in the garage and stapled some targets to it, It fell over a few times. So it was very rushed.
Yesterday driving home from a friends birthday party. She tells me she cant wait to go back and how much fun she had and could see herself doing it more often. Now shes really looking forward to getting some training on Wednesday and shoot some more.
Looks like Ill be having to double my ammo pile.
