This is part of an Obama era holdover.....its aim is to nullify local zoning laws and force the construction of "high density housing" (known colloquially as "projects") in suburbs and rural communities. Rail and bus service would follow on.....all at the state/local taxpayers expense. Oh yeah, and the crime.

Planned destruction of the suburbs...cause they're racist.

All accomplished by withholding all federal funds from a state or community unless they comply.

This is why you see even "conservative" towns, counties, and states getting on board the "sustainable-anything" band wagon. No republican politician will let those free dollars get away--their conservative voters won't let them.

Mg3 certified for mig. I can get around on tig alright too. I'm certain if I had two car batteries and some 6010 rods I could make it work

I'm not much for welding, but I do have some technical experience. I could probably figure out how to wire up a few cameras and a monitor to work off of an inverter, for instance. Just in case you were looking for someone to help with a project like that for some reason...
