They did have coupons , don`t really remember how we ( the wife ) got them though ,

You have to have a charge card with them, and be on their mailing list. It's usually some "mystery amount" from 15 to 30% off, depending on what's under the little sticker on the ad they mail you.

I finished with the glazing. Be forewarned... I'm terrible at glazing.
I'm not sure I like it, but it shows the depth and details at any angle, as opposed
to having to look at it from various angles to see the depth.

I will get it framed and ready for delivery.

I'm not sure which part you are asking about, but it's a lot of time with software modeling and adjusting.
Then it's sent to a cnc for machining. Then a lot of clean up by hand, and then glazing.
