Dry fire Practice with a laser system

Wondering if the value has anything to do with the laser trainer or more to do with dry fire and trigger pull? Been doing perhaps 30 minutes a day for two months now any I have improved My accuracy especially at long distances since my last training session.

Great for a rifle not worth a hoot for a shotgun snap cap laser -1/6 dot projected through a 3/4 tube could make a 5-foot difference at 40 yards.

Seems to work ok for a sidearm , at least that has been my experience with them. Never tried one for a long gun.

I believe that any kind of practice can, and most likely will, be helpful.

I use them mostly for practicing drawing and getting off the first shot. I think that is key to most close encounter experiences.
