I fly radio controlled planes and have thought about this very thing. I have one model that is a military drone that was given to me last year. It's just strong Styrofoam and is used by the military to train .50 anti-aircraft machine gun crews. I had to put an engine and landing gear on it and it flies really well.
The ones in the video must be made really well to take a shot and keep flying.

Interesting how the shooters have their own platform to shoot from and the plane is one tuff little thing to stand up to all the shotgun blasts.
