I ordered 2 pmags from them when i THOUGHT I saw they were giving free shipping. Guess i didnt notice a $35.00 minimum order. (So they say) Got a email confirmation which stated $0.00 shipping. When i received the mags packing slip showed a $15.95 shipping charge :wtf: Called them to complain to no avail. Told me they didnt include the shipping charge on the e mail confirmation because they didnt know what the shipping charges would be till item was shipped (B.S.) It doesnt cost $15 to ups 2 mags. My fault i should have paid more attention.

I would have to think long and hard before I bought anything from a company owned by Cerberus. I'm not saying I wouldn't, just saying I'd weigh all options first.

this includes GM, and Chrysler products? Some Cerberus info
I know the owner of Target-Sports in Sheridan is pretty fond of DPMS rifles for USPSA 3 gun shoots. Then again, I'm not sure there's a huge difference between the various AR platforms.

Regarding the shipping charge. That sucks :( I hate it when I get bit by a bait and switch.

I haven't heard anything bad about DPMS. I'm not saying I wouldn't buy one, (for the right price.) Chrysler another story, been there done that, won't again.

I am saying that it makes me nervous to make a major purchase from a company owned by a company that buys up failing companies to somehow squeeze them into profitability. I have to think that if you ever needed support or parts, let alone warranty issues, you might be hard up to be satisfied.

On the other side of it, how good is their quality control gonna be if the whole operation, top to bottom, is being analyzed, compressed, and pushed to make the best possible bottom line?
