16" barrel is medium and not a M4 profile. A2 upper receiver. Do not know the round count but lands / grooves look fine. The finish on the receiver and barrel are not in pristine cond. This upper was used and carried in the field but not abused. It is not corroded and such but just not safe queen project piece. Has A2 flash sup., handguards, sight tower. 5.56x45
