I'm not trying to make the case for what you think I am, or at least that isn't my intention.

My intention is to find a way to get states to fund body cameras and logistics for police departments, even though political pressure is demanding slashed budgets.
Through some federal rule, provide an "out" to get around the political pressure of slashing budgets.

(So state policy makers can use this rule as an excuse)

The way you do that is take to the streets and scare the budgeteers.

Wife just said mooresville cancelled our fireworks show. Well, not cancelled, but not allowed to go watch them. Have to watch them from the car or from home. Haven’t checked into it but kinda ridiculous imo. It’s an outdoor event. I guess we can only celebrate our freedom from our cars, or risk legal consequences
