. . . a 19" (or so) barrel conversion for Glock (can't recall caliber) made in Germany? Kit included new springs, guide-rod, and some other items. Would this be a legal item if imported? Thanks

Mechtech make a conversion upper for the glock frame and the 1911.

I have no knowledge of a 19" barrel or kit for a drop in part.
Sounds like questionable idea truthfully.
