What are the benefits of having the Utah permit? I have heard about it but do not know all that much about it. I can look it up on the net but, you never can be sure what is true and what is not.

Indiana requires no training, Utah does, so those states that only honor permits from states that require training, will allow you to carry with a Utah non-resident permit.
That is, if they honor non-resident permits from other states.
There are many threads on INGO listing the states that you gain, I think Ohio was one of the important ones for us, since we are a border state.

AZ is cheaper. I think there are two or three states different in the two (AZ/UT)
