Maybe if they just priced all licenses reasonably?

At some point they have to realize that their pricing is eliminating those that fund their paychecks?
Id almost bet alot of people will just say screw buying the license all together. More annoyed my state legislators have ignored all my emails about the huge increase in the license

Hunting is definitely a gamble if you’re depending on it to fill the freezer. Tag soup isn’t very filling. But even if you buy every license and stamp you’re at what about $290? If you take equipment out of the equation since that is used year after year in most cases figure what probably 70# average meat from a typical deer? So $4 a pound if you get one deer $2 a pound if you get two… pretty reasonable price if you’re only figuring in meat costs. Not to mention that $290 gets you fishing hunting “privileges” also (so this equation isn’t figuring in bluegill squirrel turkey duck frogs etc etc) not defending the extreme price increases just saying all things considered it still beats the grocery store.
