DEER HUNTING WITH A GLOCK 40

Has anyone used a Glock 40 in 10mm to take a whitetail deer?
Lets hear about it.

This was taken in 2020 with a Glock 40. 180gr hollowpoint(required in Indiana), Holosun red dot at 65 yards. He jumped, ran 20 yards and dropped. First year using it. Used a Dan Wesson 44mag for 50 years. BTW minimum barrel is 4”. Been that way since I’ve been hunting.

Sweet, I hunt in Kalkaska county Michigan with a .308 Winchester mdl 70, a G-22 gen 3 in a chest holster 180 gr Winchester PDX-1.

I haven't personally, but have heard some do. 10mm definitely packs a punch!

I tried this past fall but never got an opportunity. One day I took the youngest out but only had one .308 rifle with me. So I carried the 40, with a DeltaPoint Pro, but saw no deer. Will try again this fall.

49 yards with an RDS on my G40. Destroyed the heart and some of the shoulder. Deer ran 50’ and dropped. Winchester Silvertips, so not especially hot

A year or so ago I sold a Glock Model 29 to somebody here on INGO and he said that he hunted deer using 10mm and was seriously thinking about using the G29 to hunt.
