...Part of me wants to find a way to fund a base class rifle build and I did see a MKII FV-SR in Antwerp today for $269. And of course, I still have a Tikka T1X in the back of my mind.

Do you have a built up accurate 10/22?

10 round mags are VERY advantageous. The clock is always ticking.

Personally, I'd just stay with open class and shoot what you have. When you're shooting 1/4" targets at 25-40 yards or 1.5"-2.5" targets at 100, it's nice to know you have a gun/ammo combo that will consistently do that.

At HHRP and most likely other clubs, everyone is there to have a good time and are very helpful during the match.

Today was an ammo trip to the front door...400 rounds of Federal Gold Metal .308 175gr SMK.;)

I'm operating under the assumption that the high price today will be higher in the near future but it still hurts.

    Pretty much Michigan.
Took a $120 leap of faith on a holster. Im not an amazon fan but i wanted one i could use with my TLR2 and found one there. Its an Opaz T40x. Sort of a universal holster but with all the adjustments that can be made it fits like a glove. Its got a magnet that holds onto the barrel and that back thing that flips out of the way. 51E04378-4F87-48D6-A322-13169FBB6062.jpeg B9BCAA52-D8A2-46E7-9030-1953B74837E2.jpeg 96F2FCF0-5F29-4204-A383-89464AEA811A.jpeg Also bought the Molle attachment so i can stick it on my range bag. Im impressed.

Stopped at the farms dump and did this today too B15417FB-C1F5-44FC-BE11-2C35B9EE9778.jpeg Wasnt near as cool as i was hoping.

Where did you manage to find 400 rounds of .308?

Bass Pro. I ordered it and some other .308 on 1/4/21 and the other shipped right away. I was expecting this to be canceled but it finally shipped.

I've picked up a couple thou of .308 at inflated prices since I ordered the Bergara. Very little under $1/rd and most at $1.20 to $1.75. Everything from 147gr to 180gr bullets.

The Fed gold Metal 175 SMK was about $1.50 and probably one of the better prices.

What do you want and what are you willing to pay. I'm keeping an eye out for items for a few different INGO members. I spend too much time at the computer.

Edit: for $1.50/rd I've picked up better ammo than this lot...https://www.indianagunowners.com/th...xed-308-7-62-nato-in-can.501235/#post-8584173

My other scoped 22 is a Tippmann AR with the same Athlon scope and it would be open class as well (if allowed, haven't read that far yet).

    Morning all... :coffee:

If you run around naked long enough she'll put on a sweater and turn it down a shade.

You get used to it. You COULD go spend what it takes to find one with some meat on her bones from Minnesota. But we're gonna listen to the growing pains either way. Reminds us of when we were young and foolish.

My first wife was from Minnesota, which is why I ended up living there for 13 years. Didn't work out.

For W. Virginia fans. I took a trip down there one Fall, specifically to photograph some of their scenery.
This was probably my favorite photo from the trip. I had to stake-out and claim my space about an hour prior to the period of golden light.

    Beautiful MM!
