I took my cz rami to the range today and I think I solved the feed issues with the 14rd mag. I could never get through a full mag without a failure to feed, no matter what brand hollow points I used. I tried a mag spring from Wolff, a +5 for the CZ75 compact and boom, it ran butter smooth. I'll run a few more boxes of hollowpoints through it to be sure, but I'm pretty encouraged so far.

I had the same problem with my Rami 14 rounders. Replaced the springs with ones made for a full size mag to correct it.
