You might call up to The Outdoorsman in Greenwood. Last time I was in they had a few 457s including a Pro Varmint.

There was one, couple of weeks ago, CZ 457 varmint 16.5" at cabelas in noblesville.... give them a call.

You could have a LGS get you one, or pay for the transfer form and have it shipped to them

All my local shops seem to say nothing is available on the market for them to order maybe it's poor customer service idk. I've called shops as far east as Bangor Maine to Utah out west to far as Missouri south.

I was looking for one last year. Couldn't find one anywhere. I ended up getting a good deal on a 457 Scout in a local auction and adapted it to my needs. CZ seems to build and ship stuff in batches, and when they're off-cycle it's hard to find it anywhere.
