I've been casting for several years and have a decent accumulation of moulds. Been off work for two months now and thought maybe I could help get some good bullets out there and make some extra money at the same time.

I can cast bullets to fit many different uses. Softer for lighter .38 loads or harder for hot .357 loads. Most are flat based which will give better accuracy than the commercially cast bevel based bullets. Most commercial cast bullets are so hard they don't obturate to fit the bore properly. They are cast hard with a very hard lube to keep them looking nice when shipped across the country. Prices are sized and lubed; gas checks where appropriate. I prefer not to ship, but can do so using USPS Flat Rate Boxes for the best bargain (I doubt the USPS ever thought of folks shipping lead when they came up with the flat rate deal!).

    OK, available bullet styles:

.30 cal 215 gr Round Nose Gas Check Suitable for any .30 cal rifle, especially .30/'06 and .30/40 Krag. $20/100

.32 cal 115 gr Round Nose Flat Point (RNFP) Suitable for .32 S&W Long, .32 Magnum and .32/20 (.32WCF) $13/100

9mm/.38 124 gr Round Nose Suitable for 9mm Luger, .38 Super, .38 Special, and .357 Magnum. Not safe for lever action rifles. Can be cast hard for the autoloaders or Magnums or soft for .38's. $13/100

9mm/.38 124gr trunicated cone Lee tumble lube bulelt. Water quenched 20:1 alloy is great hardness for 9mm pressures. May also work in .38/.357 loadings as well. $10/100

.38 cal 160 gr Semi Wad Cutter (SWC) Suitable for ,38 Special and .357 Magnums. This is my go to bullet for .38 special loads. I cast them soft and they shoot great. Dual crimping grooves so you can seat them long in .38 Special brass to approximate .357 OAL if wanted. I can cast these harder for .357 velocities as well. $14/100

.38 cal 175 gr SWC. Classic Elmer Keith design (358429) with a long nose and heavy for caliber. Great for long range shooting and has wonderful penetration. $14/100

.38 cal 165 gr SWC-Hollow Point Same bullet as above, but a hollow point version if it. A real pain to cast, but worth the effort. $25/100

.38 cal 195 gr SWC-Gas Check Wonderful bullet for heavy .357 loads. Gas check allows it to be cast fairly soft for expansion and still prevent leading. I load this bullet in my lever action rifle at 1500 fps with wonderful accuracy. Possible to seat properly in .38 Special cases as well. $20/100

.35 cal rifle 215 gr RNFP-GC. Great mould for .35 Remington or lighter loads in the .358 Winchester or .35 Whelan. $20/100

.40 cal/10mm 175 gr Truncated Flat Point. This is a tumble lube mould, meaning that it has several small lube grooves. Lubed with Lee Liquid Alox and designed to be loaded unsized. I shoot these in my .40 S&W Kel Tec SUB2000 Carbine with no leading issues at all. $10/100

.45 cal 230 gr Round Nose. Also a tumble lube mould. Standard .45 acp bullet. Feeds great in any 1911 including older and mil spec guns. $11/100

.45 cal 220 gr Round Nose Hollow Point. Similar nose profile to the 230 gr for great feeding. Flat bottom bullet for good accuracy. Can be cast soft enough for good expansion at .45 acp speeds. Could also be loaded in a .45 Colt revolver. $15/100

.45 cal 245 gr Hollow Base Round Nose Suitable for .45 S&W, .45 Colt as well as some of the oversize bores like .455 Eley. I shot it in black powder loaded .45 S&W cartridges fro Cowboy Action Shooting. Worked great through a lever action. Could also be used as a conical for many .44 cal Cap & Ball revolvers. $15/100

.45 cal 245gr "Pin Slug" This is basically a 230gr Round Nose that has a large flat point on it. Designed for revolvers used in Bowling Pin matches, it actually fed quite well in my Springfield 1911. Has a large flat point and really knocks the pins off the table! $14/100

.45 cal 250 gr SWC-Hollow Point Great mould for .45 Colt as well as .45 Auto Rim. Again, cast soft enough for reliable expansion. $16/100

.45 cal 260 gr SWC Another classic Elmer Keith bullet 454424 mould. This is THE bullet for .45 Colts! Works wonderfully in Colt SAA's and clones for the maximum bullet for the cylinder. Works equally as well in a Ruger Blackhawk or Vaquero $15/100

.45 Cal 255 gr SWC-Hollow Point. Same bullet as above, but a hollow point version. Very hard to find mould and a wonderful version of a wonderful bullet. $27/100

.45 cal 315 gr Flat Point Gas Check Suitable for .45 Colt in strong guns as well as .454 Casull and .460 S&W Magnums. Great long range bullet and feeds good in lever action carbines. Has dual crimping grooves for proper OAL in .45 Colt or .454 $22/100

Weights are nominal and may differ depending on alloy, but usually not more than a few grains. I believe the USPS flat rate small box is $5 and I could ship a couple hundred bullets in it pretty easy. Please contact me about delivery times, specific uses, or any other questions. I should be able to get most orders out in two days depending on details.

Please feel free to PM or email me with any questions.

    Thanks,
    Doug K

ETA: Sorry, no .44 moulds. I"m a .45 kind of guy! If you want something not seen here contact me and maybe we can work something out.

Just wanted to update that I've got a Lee six cavity mould for a 9mm 125 gr trunicated flat point on the way. Should have a big pile of bullets from it by the end of the week. It is designed for 9mm Luger, but should also work well with .38 special/ .357 mag loads. I"m thinking it'll feed in my Rossi '92 levergun. Should be just the ticket for Friday night steel!

Also, did some expansion testing with the 454424 hollow point cast of a 20:1 alloy. Fired into water jugs at about fifteen feet at 1150-1200fps. I'm going to try some at 1000 or so and figure they should stay together.

Penetrated into the fifth gallon jug. Should work great for deer this fall!

    I'll take 500 of these:
.45 cal 245gr "Pin Slug" This is basically a 230gr Round Nose that has a large flat point on it. Designed for revolvers used in Bowling Pin matches, it actually fed quite well in my Springfield 1911. Has a large flat point and really knocks the pins off the table! $14/100

I can bring $ to FNS, if you are coming. No rush on when you get them done. I have no idea on when I'll get time to build a load for them. I just want some pin bullets laying around for when I get the itch for pins again.
