Correcting Form 1

I sent off a form 1 to build an SBR earlier this year, and when I called to check the status they couldn't find anything with the serial number I provided. I checked, and apparently I put the wrong serial number on the form. Any advice on how to have the form corrected?

just call them back sometimes they will put it on there for you or they will send it back for you to fix
