Constitutional Carry bill I think its 1211 not sure

I am not sure if this has been discussed before. I searched around and I am now more confused than before. If the bill passes what about reciprocity to other states? Are they just going to allow Indiana residents to carry even if they do not have a LTC? Thank you very much. ADMIN: If this has been discussed please just link me to it and close this thread.
