In truth I did not watch it.
Had some family matters to deal with and experienced a positive outcome so now I am stumbling around looking for results.

Glad you had a good evening and missed the debacle. KC got their act together and just about everything clicked for them including a punter pass on 4th and 7 for an easy first down that resulted in a TD. The Raiders helped with stupid penalties including a late roughness resulting in a first down that also ended in a TD. I gave up at 8 minutes to go, Carr gave up and was playing hero ball the possession before then.

As far as the AFC wildcard race goes, the Colts got a little help yesterday.

I saw somewhere that they currently have the 7th best odds to make the playoffs, which has 7 available spots.

Still feels like we need to get to 10-7 to even have a chance. And that feels very difficult considering our schedule. If the defense can get their act together, I think it’s possible. Not likely, but possible.

Tampa has a good O and great run D
NE has great coaching and new players getting better than early season Mac Jones looks like what the colts need at QB.
Arizona is getting health setting players a good team when healthy. Those are truly hard matchups.

Buffalo is struggling with a very limited run game and Las Vegas is a true unknown as to where they are heading as they transition from Chuckie at the helm. These are matchups that can be exploited if a game plan is made well.

Can not really tell what team is going to show up for the colts. Last game first half looked great second half was like “we good” just Jacksonville.

For sure. They’ve had their chances this year and just have not been able to finish. Really no reason this team shouldn’t be 7-3. You were up big against Baltimore and you had chances in OT against Tennessee. Very frustrating. Even the Rams game they were in it right until the end when Donald rolled up Wentz’s ankles. A very “what if” type of season.

Now, having said that, if they make the playoffs, it will be because they beat several top tier teams. It’s all in their hands now.

Honestly, with the way the AFC is this year, if we make it into the playoffs, there’s no team we can’t beat. No one is a juggernaut like the Chiefs have been the previous years. If our young pass rushers continue to make strides and get consistent pressure, it could get interesting.

Taylor I bet runs well in the snow. Bills don’t run well. Bills pass well and high winds don’t help the passing game.
