    Any idea on round count?
Would like to know as well.

EDIT: Researched past threads and the last few ACC carbine matches have been 75-80. I think that jives with the last one I remember attending.

Round count will be about ~74 rounds on four stages. Bring extras obviously for makeup shots. I'm counting on SOMEONE to compete in the .308/MBR division ;-)
Well hell if you're gonna peer pressure me, I guess I'll be blessing the rains down in Africa

OK, I'm in. Always ready for a good carbine shoot, especially at ACC.

Don't be shy folks, come on out and make some noise!

    All,

We are looking at the same mean dark cloud as all of you. We would hate to cancel two years in row over weather especially when this looks like an early morning event. So – we decided to try something different: Rain delay! It works in baseball right so why not in shooting sports? The new plan is:
    1. Setup at 9:30 AM
    2. Shooters meeting at 10:00 AM and shots fired following meeting
    3. Anyone who no shows gets an automatic refund no questions asked
Hopefully this swings are way and we can still put on a nice event.

    Thanks

    Mike

I thought the rain delay worked out great. Granted we might have gotten a little lucky with the timing, but I was glad the match went forward.

We think going forward we are going to be more open to a rain delay if the weather data supports it ending in the morning. We would rather do that then cancel a match because scheduling is pretty difficult for everyone involved.

I was interested in this match (have not shot a carbine match), but I don't have a chest rig for spare mags and didn't see an equipment requirements list.

Someone want to fill me in on equipment requirements?

I have a carbine (would probably bring the WWSD2020), chamber flag, and mags.

    Suggestions appreciated!

Dont need a chest rig. They make mag carriers that are belt mounted.
