Is it legal to mount a holster the center console and put your firearm in there while your driving? That way its easy to get to if needed and be more comfortable while driving. Thoughts? If so how did u go about doing it? Pics?
Thanx

legally you could duct tape it to your forehead if you wish.
As long as you have your ltch there are no laws as to where and how it's in your vehicle in Indiana.[/quote
sorry. i was lmao. thinking of someone with duck holding, thier holster to there forehead. good one!!
Funny, I happened to be left handed also!
So am I. Think I will start a thread and see just how many of us are lefty's.
I carry on my left side and find the seat belt hinders my gun less than it does my cell phone that is on my right side.
Might be an advantage for us (at least with the seat belt in my F250).
I took a inexpensive elastic ankle holster and stretched it over my drivers side sun visor with the holster on top when visor is folded up. There I place my LCP when driving so all I have to do is drop the visor for a quick draw if needed. Since the pistol is so thin, you can't even tell it's there when the visor is up.

the FAST would be good in the car... I plan to put a holster on the front/bottom of my driver's seat between/beneath my legs. completely invisible from the outside, but perfectly accessible if I need it.
