is this for a set? One Ring? are they the Low, Medium, high? What finish do you have, Matte, Gloss?

did you ever figure out if these were the High or Xtra-High?

Looks like the available sizes are the following:
Low - 1/4"
Medium - 1/2"
High - 3/4"
Xtra-High - 1"
