"Carrier Lock" says No SIM Restrictions, so it's unlocked.
I'd like $225 insured and shipped for this, it's to help offset some of her Christmas vacation plans.
If you're planning to get a new iPhone, this one is worth $350 as a trade-in, so I'm not entertaining any lowball offers on this one.
