Wanting to know what the best way to add a muzzle break to my Saiga conversion would be?

I've seen people simply get their barrel threaded, but it doesn't appear that the stock sight block has a pin to lock in a muzzle device in with.

Kvar sells sight blocks with threads all ready on them, but I have no idea what the process is to install one of these, who does that kind of work, or if I'm risking messing up my sights with this method. It does give one the sight/muzzle pin though.

Any advice in this area is greatly appreciated. Also looking for prices for each method all said and done, along with where I can get this done in Indy.

Please don't mention the bolt on muzzle pieces, do not want!

When I cut my shroud off, my barrel was already threaded and I used red loctite to install the break. No problems so far.
