What holster are you J frame carriers using?

I just ordered a Mika Pocket and IWB for my 640. For less than $40 per I figured I'd give them a go. A Ruger LCR I was looking at a few weeks ago had one with it and I was more impressed with the holster.

The j frame is handy for going into the chest pocket of my bib overalls. I have it snapped between the butt and the trigger guard. Stays in place for mowing and gardening.

I carry an LCP Max and love it. Great size and amount if ammo. Fits easily in pocket for EDC.

Have pocket carried an LCP Custom for several years with an extended mag and spare mag. Have thought about upgrading to an LCP Max.

What holster are you J frame carriers using?

I tried a few and settled on the Galco from the picture in my post on page 3. It's cheap, durable, protects the trigger, stays in the pocket on the draw, and is thinner than a lot of the other options out there, so more comfortable and prints less.

Just don't leave your gun in it when you're not carrying it, because that leather will hold moisture. I carry it daily, and just taking the gun out at night and occasional wipedowns has prevented any rust on my stainless 640.

I have used the Mika Pocket Holster for a 642. I liked the Mika, my dad did not not. He is now using a Sticky holster. The DeSantis pocket holsters are another affordable and functional option.
