    ok if it's not low and slow, it's not bbq!:soapbox: I have a huge smoker in my backyard and smoke everything year round. I also make all my own sauces and rubs, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to bbq.(judging bbq has ruined me) when I make some pulled pork this spring I have to save you some nate. and fyi smoked meatloaf is awesome:rockwoot:

    Oh, I'll hold you to that! I smell an INGO BBQ before school's out :D

    Nate, if you happen to be in the downtown Zionsville area, there is a shop called Grillmasters that specializes in smoking as well as outdoor cooking. Many choices of wood chips, natural charcoal, sauces, spices and good advice.

    Yuck, what's that green stuff on the plate?:D

    Man, I'd be a much healthier man if I cut my grilling/smoking beef/pork down to 300 lbs a year...Not to mention my bacon intake.

    300 lbs is about what I take in, so I have no idea what each year's tally is considering I'm cooking for family and friends.
