ok if it's not low and slow, it's not bbq! I have a huge smoker in my backyard and smoke everything year round. I also make all my own sauces and rubs, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to bbq.(judging bbq has ruined me) when I make some pulled pork this spring I have to save you some nate. and fyi smoked meatloaf is awesome
