It appears Barnes is temporarily pulling their banded solids as the ATF considers them armor piercing. Powder Valley, Midway, and Midsouth have them listed as out of stock, but there are a handful of places still selling.

I can attest that they dig deep, but come on....

Are they working on setting a precedent for what is and is not an armor piercing projectile?
Hey wait, I thought that some factions want us to use non-toxic projectiles only. How does that work? Can't use lead, and these others are all AP so.......
I thought the AP ruling concerned, for the most part, handgun ammunition.

There are .223 AR "handguns". It is a stupid rule not even based on any science. They just use it to ban anything they can.
