ATF Form 4

Ok Experts. I am filling out the form 4 for a Guardian 22 I bought. On the backside of the form, box 16 asks for a picture. What do you normally attach there? I was thinking of attaching a passport picture. This is obviously my first of hopefully many forms and I hate to add time for screwing up.

Passport photo is fine, just about anything will do though, just glue it on or go the trust or corp route and avoid it.

In the past I've just gone to Walgreens and had passport pictures taken.

Right now is the time to seriously consider going the trust route!! Once you have a stamp, the only way to put it in the trust, is another stamp. If you do the trust now, one stamp, and everyone in the trust can take the toy home and play with it.

And a trust doesn't complicate things, with it you can e-file which they say is quite a bit faster
