    I realize this ruling is very early. I’m sure there will be lots of courts cases.. but as it stands I was curious about the wording in section iv

    (iv) Whether the surface area that allows the weapon to be fired from the shoulder is created by a buffer tube, receiver extension, or any other accessory, component, or other rearward attachment that is necessary for the cycle of operations;


    How does Ingo interpret this… I’m interested in the cycle of operations comment..
    example ——ruger charger in 9mm that has an adapter but isn’t a buffer tube. Has a definite attachment but isn’t part of the cycle of operations..
    I also realize this is up for interpretation but was curious about that definition..
