Funny thing about the start of my day speaking of S***.
I got to Graybar at 8, and the doors say the sales counter opens at 7. But the room is dark. Uh-oh. How am I going to place an order?
So I go to the will call desk next door and ask. They closed the sales desk/showroom in lieu of an express will call "experience" . I had to call a rep inside and place my order over the phone and they expedited the pick since I was there.
All in all it worked out. They picked my 2 items in about 5 minutes order to signature.
