Are there pro AK Builders in NE Indiana?

I have an excellent Polish AK47 kit c.1980s that I bought back when such things were plentiful.

I'd like to have it built locally, but don't know if anyone in northeastern Indiana does such work.

It's an especially good kit, so I want to work with someone who's experienced and serious.
