EDIT: Bikerdad61 has saved the day.
Looking for the little "C" shaped ring that prevents the dust cover pin from being able to come out.
Their cheap, small and I can't get myself to pay 3x its cost in shipping when it would fit in a letter envelope for the cost of a stamp. If you have some sitting around and it is as simple as taping one (or two) to the inside of an envelope I'd rather pay an INGO'er for their time and trouble than random folks. Paying with check in the mail, or paypal. Location? Lets do this by mail.
Back story, just because I think the best humor is when when someone sheds light on their own embarrassing actions, .
I'm taking advantage of the bad weather and doing a detail scrub on my guns. I remove the little "C" shaped ring that holds the dust cover pin in place and it disappears followed by a barely discernible tap on the other side of the garage...the side of the garage things go to never to be seen again.
