If you buy a lower from Buds, they will only ship to an FFL. So you still go through an FFL to get it.

How does a lower have a barrel, sights, or any of the above? I think you might be getting your terms mixed up.

Lower usually refers to a stripped lower receiver. Sometimes it will be a completed lower receiver, but that still only entails the lower receiver, the magazine release, bolt release, fire control group (trigger, sear, disconneect), grip, and buffer/buttstock.

That does include a LPK and a collapsible stock. Lowers by themselves were $350.

I think that will be the 2015-2016 time frame. The gas to drive 5 miles to the shop will cost you that much.

Did we ever get a price point on the lowers? There is another person listing them from Gun Den for $350 on Armslist.

He obviously confused uppers with lowers. Both are hard to find at the moment. The only lowers to be transferred without an FFL is one that is <=80% complete.
