i vote ar15, if you spend the money on a good you can have a very reliable one that is very accurate as well. mags really arent that expensive and the ar is pretty much an american thing, even if other contrys have adopted it now.

AK47 is more jumpy, or gittery.

AR 15 is a little more easily to control.
