I am back in the market for a complete upper since a previous deal fell through.
I am buying a RRA lower from a friend, just need an upper to go with it at a reasonable price. I am looking for a complete upper with BCG and charging handle chambered for 5.56 and .223. I'd like a chrome-moly barrel but stainless steel is ok also. Prefer an 18" barrel but will consider others. My main concern is that it fit and work well with an RRA lower.
