I haven't used this UPS in more than a year (model # SU1000NET). The battery has swollen, and I can't remove it. I put the cover back on and plugged it in... no lights come on. So if you know anything about these and can repair it, it's yours for free. At a minimum, you can probably use it to trade up using APC's TradeUPS... I think it'll get you $70 off a new UPS. I just want it out of my house.
