    Oh, actually Nick you should look into the Camelback Goblin bag.

    YES it's a fanny pack, designed to carry 24oz of water. It just happens to also have an integrated pistol holster.

    I don't think his main goal is concealment, I think it is retention. More than likely he will be wearing basketball shorts or something similar. That rules out any holster that requires a belt/waistband. So his only options are something that fits tight to the torso with probably elastic or some sort of pouch. Or a tac vest.

    I have yet to find a comfortable way to carry when running so I just carry a good folding blade.
