I was wanting to know if anyone knew of someone in the Auburn area that was worth of sharpening knives? There is a place in Ft. Wayne, but I didn't think their services were that fantastic. I think I went to Grindstone Cutlery..? My knife is sharp, but not super duper good job.
I am relatively new to knives, and I am looking into the Lansky 5 stone system once I do more reading to make sure it will be something I could do without ruining my knives. If anyone is in the area and would like to teach a young buck I would be appreciative.
