I've only seen an original years ago so I couldn't say. They didn't do these any favors with that abomination of a grip though.

Well, the truth is those are Trausch Rubber Grips... they are actually correct in terms of proper grip. Sure many early guns came with wooden grips, but the Trausch grip is what’s on the majority of police carry guns, and also are on some of the GIGN guns. The grip doesn’t look great, but they sure do feel very nice (and I’m not a rubber grip guy).

They sure are a nice looking pair! "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so if you like 'em that's all good.
How do they group? Are the good shooters?

Of Course, these revos used to go through extensive abuse and accuracy testing prior to leaving the factory… match grade accuracy fr sure! They are legendary for for hard use while providing insane accuracy! The two I can are in line with that.

Good, it's kinda like the guy that's got a pristine AMC Pacer, high cool factor, but still a Pacer.
The old joke about French firearms- they were only thrown down once- to heavy to carry in full retreat...something like that lol...enjoy

I always heard that joke as "Never fired, only dropped once."
