what is real sad this vet ...is standing up for what he feels is injustice , they offered a plea deal ......he refused if they push this by the text of the law he will lose in court...sad to say justice will be blind ......what gets me real mad is the police officers who search his car on a stop and found them ...could have did the right thing the honorable thing ......but no it the law bs don't apply....in my opinion those two officers have a lot of options they could have used after CAD came back signal 80....... they should be ashamed.....
