Have no fear of them not coming in wood, It would be really easy to pawn off the poly on here or Ak files for some redone furniture or cheap furniture you can restore yourself.

Q: Is Arsenal Inc. and Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria the same company?

A: Arsenal Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada is not the same company as Arsenal Co. of Kazanlak, Bulgaria. Arsenal Inc. manufactures their own products and is the exclusive distributor for Arsenal Co. products.

    From Arsenal's website.

Like someone else said, I think INGOer CLAy wrote something about this awhile back I cant seem to find it.

This affliction must be running rampant right now. I too was recently overcome by it. I ended up getting one of the Yugo M70AB2's. I, like you, tend to favor wood. I ended up buying a surplus wood set and replacing the poly handguards. The thing runs flawlessly. I'm already thinking of a second one. I'd like one of the Arsenals next but it is hard to justify the additional $400 to get one. I don't know what it could do any better than the Yugo. Good luck and you have my sympathy.:D
