Sigh, can you give me some time? I'll be in and out until 7:30 pm and I forgot my laptop. It's hard trying to find a picture equivalent from the Democrats, so I'll need some more time with the Google. Also the house.gov site sucks in terms of usability. It appears that the majority of the information regarding health care from the Democrats is written, not drawn.

It appears the Dems are trying to avoid releasing much real information to the public about the mess they are about to dump on us.... heck, most of the Dems don't even know what they are going to be voting for.

It IS a pretty chart. Lots of colors and arrows and pictures and bubbles.

It must have come from Congress. No other organization could come up with that. Any viable business would not allow that chart to get out of the planning room.

Just some obserations from looking at the chart.

- Red lines are MONEY
- The government via the HCA COMMISSIONER will have the following powers:
a. Tell you how many health affordbility credits you have
b. Set the benefit levels you can pay for in the Health Insurance Exchange

- 2 additional "funds" will be created they are the Health Insurance Exchnage trust fund andthe public health investment fund. These off course will end up like the SSA fund (nothing in it but a bunch of IOUs from the government to the government).

- For this being a program FOR THE PEOPLE there sure is a lot of other entities that are needed. (ex. National Priorities for Performance Improvment, Public Health Workfoce Corps, etc..)
