A buddy's deer from my folks' property

Estimated 5-6.5 years old by taxidermist
.30-'06. I do not know the distance.
Near Crawfordsville

That's a great old buck; impressive from his rack to his head to his coat. He'll make a memorable mount.

The guy's a transplant from New Smyrna Beach, FL by way of the Memphis, TN area. This is his first Indiana buck. Definite wall-hanger for him!

I'm looking forward to some summer sausage, that's for sure!

Compared to the puny whitetails in the south, Indiana has antlered horses.

I find it highly unlikely. The property it was taken on is just shy of 20 miles to the Parke Co. Ln.

Yeah I double checked the pic and the one we have has the same kinda goofy looking knob but its on the other beam...
