I have approx 58 rounds of what I believe to be 7.5 X 55 TOYO. My dad had a rifle back in the 80's that I remember that up and disappeared at some point in the 90's. (Must have sold it or traded it). I believe this to be the ammo for that rifle. So that should give you sa safe idea as to how old the ammo is. Always stored in safe dry conditions so I have no reason to believe it would not shoot just fine.
I have no idea as to the price on this stuff. I'd feel okay by pricing it as "plinking" ammo, so perhaps .20 a round?
