    I finally gave up reading all this :bs:I'm still at a loss how this will stimulate the economy. The ones that could stimulate the economy, IMO, are severely lacking in funds.

    It wont stimulate the economy. Best way is to just cut taxes. I bet if the fed cut federal income tax for a year or two, the economy would be stimulated.
